We hope that you love what you ordered, but if not we gladly accept returns of most merchandise within 15 days of the original date of purchase. This includes new, unused items in their original condition, including all tags, original invoice and item packaging (*Exclusions apply to virgin hair bundles and full lace units, frontals and closures..also items marked "clearance" or "red tag", these items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.) Sorry for any inconvenience.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
FOR HAIR PURCHASES ONLY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Any and all hair extensions cannot be resold or worn by anyone who has decided they do not want the hair, this is against health and safety rules and regulations. We will not put any of our clients at risk and for this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of original purchase date and time. Item must be in original condition and sent back with its original packaging with tags attached. There will be a $25.00 flat rate fee deducted for your cancellation, so please be sure that you want to complete the purchase. Thank you so much.
For all other items in our store besides hair:
1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Your item must be in the original packaging with tags attached.
3. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase, 7 days prior to original purchase date and time.
1. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
2. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
3. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
4. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
RETURN POLICY SHIPPING:
1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless we shipped you the wrong item in error. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
2. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

SHIPPING POLICY & FULFILLMENT PROCESS
For 100% Virgin hair including lace fronts, full lace units, frontals, closures, bundles, synthetic wigs, Lash Shampoo Kits and its accessories, edge controls , Satin Bags..ect. and 100%Mink Lashes:
1. You the customer pay for your order.
2. You will receive an email confirmation of your order.
3. The processing period begins, the processing time for all hair orders is 5-7 business days. Policies has now changed due to COVID)
Business days excludes weekend and holidays, so please be mindful when ordering.
4. After the processing period ends your items will be processed in our shipping department, your shipping label will be created and you will receive another confirmation email of Order Fulfillment with your tracking number. (This means that the item is now the responsibility of the United States Postal Service, and they are tracking the places that your order is moved to throughout your shipping process.)
5. After processing time your order will take 2-3 business days through USPS Priority mail in the United States.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost or stolen packages and your order will not be replaced.
All of our packages come with a tracking number as stated above and USPS carefully updates their system every time your package is handled or moved. If you think you may not be home for your packages arrival date and time, you may have your package held at your local USPS post office via
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
